6513 Perkins Executive Suites
"6513 has all the essentials for a business to thrive in the Baton Rouge community."
- Charles R. Moore

A Community of Professionals
6513 Perkins is a well-known Baton Rouge landmark, particularly in the legal community. Located directly across from the Pennington Biomedical Research Center, it is home to a variety of professionals and business organizations. Whether starting your practice or winding down your career, our community has a space to fit your needs.
The 6513 Perkins building is noted for its beauty on the outside and its stunning conference rooms and office space. With a gorgeous patio and open lawn at the rear, 6513 has hosted many events and organizations including the Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Foundation Kids’ Chance, and numerous political events.
Security and Reception
Unlike other spaces, 6513 Perkins Executive Offices and Suites have an on-site receptionist that can greet guests or clients promptly and professionally. Guests can wait in the spacious waiting room or be escorted to your space.
For protection, building access is limited and controlled with key fobs. Additionally, the entrance is monitored through video by the receptionist to ensure the highest level of safety is maintained.
Conference Rooms
All tenants have access to well-decorated conference rooms that can fit anywhere from 5 - 30 people, depending on your needs. The rooms have the technology to give presentations, show videos or host virtual meetings.
Our largest conference room is home to the only T-Rex skull in the city!
Beautiful Grounds & Patio
6513 Perkins Executive Offices and Suites are graced by two large live oak trees in the front and a beautiful live oak tree in the back, under which there is a wide and pleasant patio with tables and chairs.
The patio and backyard have hosted many a crawfish boil and political events, and for a long time, it was the venue for the Baton Rouge Bar Associations’ Belly up to the Bar, a gala in which law firms competed against each other with their culinary talents.
The patio and backyard have been used to support Kids' Chance, a program of the Louisiana State Bar Foundation to support children of parents seriously injured in on-the-job accidents.
"6513 Perkins is a great place to work. The building is beautiful inside and out. My friends in the building are like a second family."
